Reflex Release Mechanism 840
The new 840 release mechanism is constructed with arms of stainless steel. The shape of the release arms have also been designed more vertically to keep the heel strongly connected to the plate. The new 840 release is good for use in salt or brackish waters and for skiers who like to keep their rear foot big toe near of the heel of their front shell.
It features new additional tension settings.
Plus the release mechanism has added brighter bolder colors with more available choices in the future. And if you like to match your ski, custom colors are coming soon.
The 840 Release can be used with all Reflex Bindings. When ordering, for our reference, please add on the order notes the Reflex binding model you will be using.
WARNING:THE REFLEX BINDING IS A HIGH PERFORMANCE BINDING AND IS DESIGNED FOR EXPERT SKIERS ONLY.
IT SHOULD BE CUSTOM FIT TO THE USER AND SHOULD NOT BE USED BY OTHERS FOR WHOM IT WAS NOT FITTED.
IF THE CHART IS NOT RESPECTED FOR THE RELEASE, IT MAY NOT RELEASE IN SOME FALLS THAT COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURIES TO THE ANKLE, KNEE OR LEG.
